Leave the Day Behind

and prime yourself for a better feeling tomorrow!

Hi dear friend,

Last week, I sent you an audio with the core practice of Selfgentleness: tuning in. Today, I have another audio for you that will help you leave the day behind and prime you for a brand new (and better feeling) tomorrow!

Listen to this audio when you are in bed, ready to go to sleep. So, no more tv or phone scrolling, not even a book to read, you listen when you are ready to visit your dreams. Lights off, cozy under the blankets.

This evening practice supports you in recognizing that today is behind you. Why is that important? Well, when we are in the middle of life, especially when life’s a bit rough around the edges, we tend to process our day(s) when we are in bed. And when you go to sleep with all these things on your mind, it is really hard to get up in the morning and not picking up again from where your left of last night.

BUT (and this is the good news): when you end your day differently and you set the intention that the next morning will be a brand new day, with all possibilities to make it a good day still open, you enter your day differently. And that starts the evening before.

Don’t expect miracles immediately, the first time you do it, your morning might be feeling better for just a few minutes or so, but with doing this every evening you do set a great start again and again. And before you know it, you will be able to pull that good morning moment further into your day.

I would love for you to listen en experience for yourself the power of selfgentleness. Let me know in the comments how it was for you:
