Hello lovelies,
Last week I shared two of the three foundational practices with you: tuning in and the core evening practice to set yourself up for a better and brand new tomorrow.
Today, I will share with you the third foundational practice, which you use in the morning, right after waking up. So, you’re still in bed, eyes even still closed, and you simply listen to this practice and follow its steps.
This morning practice will seamlessly connect with the evening practice, because it picks up right after your replenished sleep (did you know that sleeping is like pushing a reset button, you just have to let yourself be reset :)) and supports you into your better feeling day.
Try it, and experience it for yourself. Like I said last week: don’t expect big miracles, but feel that small but significant shift towards more selfgentleness. When you start becoming selfgentle, you’ll be longing for more and more. And that is where the change to a better feeling life begins. I promise.
