At the core of all my Selfgentleness teachings stands the practice of ‘tuning in’. It is when we tune in that we can start to truly connect with what lives within, be it emotions, desires, old wounds or joy. During life, it’s quite easy to stop listening to that inner wisdom. So, Selfgentleness starts with learning to tune in.
You can use this audio whenever you like to take that moment to tune in. When you do so every day for about a month, you’ll notice that it will become easier and easier to so. And, most importantly, you’ll start to notice when you are not selfgentle. And that is good, even though it might be painful, because it is the beginning of all the gentleness that you can then start to allow coming in. About that more soon, enjoy this recording!
